okay to be a little more specific I'm going to Japan for 11 days during the end of march/beginning of April. I'm gonna be in Tokyo, and I was wondering what I should do, I already ahve a couple of places I want to go, Tokyo tower, Akihabara, but I'll take any help where I can get it!

Get out of Tokyo and see some REAL Japan!
Even if you just take a bus up Mt Fuji (goes half way).. get out of Tokyo

I agree with petina wholeheartedly.

I was in Tokyo and Kyoto so far. These two cities are like two different worlds.

(I know I'm exaggerating, but you will instantly notice the different atmosphere and city planning).

Highly recommend Mt.Fuji also. Bus costs around 1200 yen (non return) and you can get the bus just outside Shinjuku train station (opposite a few of the electrical retailer stores). I recommend staying in K's House and renting bikes and cycling around. We cycled all round the lakes and was one of the most memorable parts of my trip. You also get to see Monkeys along the way as you cycle
