I was wondering for a while now but I've noticed that on some/many comments in japanese there is an "ww" or "www" etc. at the end of a comment. What is the meaning of this? A kind of a emoticon?

This also reminds me, I don't know if it's spcificly Japanese but I see it around. What does ToT mean?

and it means 'laugh' it's like "lol" in english ^^
