Leaving for a few days to "refresh" your status is using a loophole in the system...
I would keep my head as low as possible while doing it.
You don't need an ARC to look for work (your visa status is more important) so I would not even get one unless I ended up with a working visa of some sort......

I am VERY cautious about the immigration department

yes I agree with you, I know it is.. but it's a bit tough and I have no other option.
I keep my head low.

thank you for your advice, I just thought that having ARC might be an advantage in job seek struggle. OK I guess I will wait with applying for another card and hand out the one I have so as not to get into trouble.

I wish some things were easier

Is there any requirements to get the 3 month tourist Visa

I mean i know you can buy it but...do you need any pacific things to go

other than a Passport ?

and If you were to exceed the limit of your stay of the 3 month visa can you renew before that Occurs

or will they deport you if you exceed the limit of your stay in Japan?

Depends what country you are from..
and whether you have any criminal record..
but usually they will give people 3 month tourist visas without any hassles.

Don't overstay.. if you break the rules they may never let you in again.
You cant renew a tourist visa.. you MUST leave before it expires.

So You only can Get this Tourist Visa Once ?

Is It possible that if I Leave a week ahead back to my Own Country I Can just get another 3 month Visa ? = /

If you leave Japan before the visa expires you MAY be able to come back and get another one.. maybe.
