I have been to the Old Dude's house and he has explained the math to me.

It is really the best way to go by far!

40 year old house that is structurally sound is a great plan.

Just make sure it is in a good position for resale.

I am not sure how old Old Dude's house is but to me it looks older than 40. Did he get a building inspection done?

he bought a few houses in Australia so he sure seems like he knows what he is doing
his place is beautiful now
