I flew from the UK, British Airways have always been spot on.
I used them over JAL mainly because I need internal flights to get to Heathrow and I like being with the one carrier for thw whole trip.

I always use ANA, no complaints here at all. ANA is the best airline i've flown on and I've been on quite a few airlines.
