I'm not at all disagreeing with any of the previous posts. However, I just want to add that I have had quite a few occasions where girlfriends have had zero problem telling me exactly how they felt...and at that time I wished they had confirmed more to stereotype.

I agree. I'm a woman and most of the time, I can't figure out myself, let alone other women!
