They are a well established company and it is perfectly safe to use a credit card with them.
Furthermore, simply keep an eye on your credit card statements. Illegitimate charges, while rare, can be disputed and reversed. That's the reason why credit card companies have departments dedicated to such issue.

Great company I enjoyed listening to their podcasts. One thing I dislike (only con I have) is how many emails they sent. I decided to change my email address to an account that I rarely use. I still check the emails and read them, but originally with all the emails that went to my account--it was unclear to know if I had an important email.
I can vouch they have great content but be aware that they send a lot of emails.
